My F150 3.5L Eco Boost went down in a ball of flames and smoke on Friday! The truck has 19k Miles and I have been running a tune since 2-3k miles. At this point I'm not too sure what happened as the dealer has not been able to look at it.

So I have used my truck extensively since uploading the tune and NO dead pedal!!
Last night I used my truck to haul about 5 loads of garden waste this involved around 5 key cycles some off roading (maybe a few donuts).
I used 4wd Auto, 4wd High, and normal driving. No dead pedal.
Did not use 4wd ...

Installed the tune and had a throttle!!!!(previous tunes would result in no throttle immediately) I did some testing, 5 Keystarts and all were successful,
1. Normal Start: Foot on break and pull off forward drove around 5 minutes , perfect
2. Reverse Start: Foot on break, reversed (50ft) pulled ...

Here is my backup I can trial the tune.

I was pretty dam excited too!!! Would have been nice before the weekend!

I called my local ford dealership this morning and they are a joke!!! I tried to ask if I could schedule my truck for a software update as I have had some issues, they said there is no such thing. I would really like to know how to communicate with them to get them to do the update for me.

Matt thanks for the response, explaining things in some more detail helps us consumers come to terms with the problem in hand. Should I try to take my truck to ford to get it updated? If so what reason should I give?
