Yes, the fuse in the car is good. I plugged in another device and it worked fine. No, it does not power up with any other OBD2 cars.

Brand spank new inTune purchased from Diablosport not working when I try and use the ODB2 cord. The USB cable works fine.. Can't figure out what the problem is. Please help, thanks.

Just got my brand new inTune in the mail yesterday. My previous inTune had an issue that had not been seen before. I go to load a tune on my Charger and the inTune will not load a tune. It is saying I already have a tune on the car and it can't save the factory tune.

Had a similar problem with mine. You are going to have to send it to Diablosport and let them fix the issue..

Mikel, I just sent my inTune off via UPS and I also filled out the RMA form. I did not put the serial number on the RMA because I forgot to get it before I sent it of.. Hope thats not a problem.. Thanks again..

I just bought the inTune. Had some troubles with connectivity. Great Tech Support. Finally got it going. I installed the 91 Octane Tune. I wanted to adjust the Trans Shift Firmness and Shift Point. It kept on saying cannot adjust and kicked me back to the provious screen ...

Its asking me for credit card info... Can I submit the RMA form without entering that information?
