Cant get I2 to install to vehicle

Cant get I2 to install to vehicle
Im trying to get a 2010 to install on a dodge magnum and when I select ez tune and 89 octane and use tune the circle stops and it doesn't do anything. If I go to advanced it wont let me get that far and everything is greyed out. I got a message one time that this vehicle isn't supported but when I try to run the updater it says there is no updates avaliable

Im emailing you an update to try, please save it to the i2 drive, let the tool import it then try again.

its a large file, it may be getting blocked on your end.

I tried to use a i1000 we had in stock and it has a error when trying to update pcm 04896405AQ and says to contact tech support
