Any word on what to do when my Itune is just stuck trying to read the ECM?

did it already prompt you to go to the PC and update using ignition?

ignition in RUN mode?

Yes, it did tell me put key in run position. Then it ask read PCM i say yes then it gets stuck in read mode. It has asked read PCM i hit yes then it ask read TCM and I click no, then it just sits please wait trying to read.

can you post the current info.xml file and anything in the runtime folder on the i2 drive so we can sort this out?

Where do I find these files? I looked in the settings and under the ? tab and can't find the info.xml file or runtime folder.

they are in the drive called i2 on the pc.

The runtime folder has 24 files in it but I can't copy and paste them nor drag them over. I tried opening them and it says Windows can't open this file.
