If you are getting an "Application is Missing or Corrupt" message, that means that the software installed on your Predator needs to be repaired. This is not a big issue, but it does require some steps because the Predator Auto-Detection cannot work with a Predator in this state.

my guess would be your router is blocking you. If possible plug directly into your modem and bypass the router. If thats not possible maybe you can enable DMZ on your router temporarily which will make it wide open. Im not sure what ports you may or may not need to forward to use the DS DOWNLOADER ...

Are you behind a router or direct connection to your modem?

Have you turned off the windows firewall and and other software firewalls and antivirus software
