RE: Too much KR?
I'm having difficutly. It has asked me if i wanted to copy original back tune from my vehicle and I said yes and NO to downloading last tune written. However, my vehicle currently has the custom tune in it. So should I have downloaded the last tune written from my tool and not the original backup?

RE: Too much KR?
Actually change of plans. I'm going to get the Diablew tune after all, talked the gf into it lol. A safe tune specifically for my vehicle is worth it to me
In the middle of following instructions now.

RE: Too much KR?
I don't know if my menu is like that listed above (I have not updated my software-maybe that's why?). After selecting parameters what type of run should I do and log? Should I fill up the memory and should I only do ONE wot run near the start as I've read before? As far as uploading, do I just ...

RE: Too much KR?
Okay so I have everything I need to connect my predator to my PC and I tried a dry run of logging only ltfts and total spark knock retard and it all works on the dataviewer. However I can't seem to get it to work on the DSlogRedux yet since it seems to want engine speed too or something?

Too much KR?
I'm just getting about 2-3 degrees of knock retard on my 2001 Firehawk, and it's throughout most of the rpm range at wot. Unfortunately I can't tell if it is only when I get on the gas or let off since it takes only seconds to be at a dangerous speed while looking at the screen. I tried taking out 2 ...

How to upload log file to get Diablew tune?
I have a Diablosport II from Slp and am wondering how I can go about getting a Diablew tune? Can I pick up a 12v power supply and a usb serial cable (not sure what that cable is called???) and then simply upload my logged files to my pc? How much is the fee for such a custom tune? Version is 9.xx ...

RE: Could my canned tune be causing my battery to rundown?
Nah, new battery today, and last year. New alternator last week, new battery side-post connector bolts, new ign. cylinder and keys, and cleaned up all grounds. Had a full sysytem charge/load test, parasitic drain test all to no avail. I'm currently running without the fuses for the headlight motors ...

Could my canned tune be causing my battery to rundown?
I know this sounds like a stupid question (that usually means that it is a stupid question) but I'm just wondering because after a day or two of not driving the Hawk the battery seems to be dead and it won't start? I still have lights and power but not enough to turn the starter I guess? Could be ...

Ahhh I see, so can I just try to remember the settings and enter them? Or should I re-log everything again?

Monitoring and adjusting KR.
Just wondering (already read the sticky :) ) what I should be looking for. I know you want it to read under "1" but what are normal values to see for kr under wot and at gear shifts. It seems to contradict itself, it says to look for kr and expect it to be under "1". Yet it says to see some KR under ...
