RE: Predator problems, reset to factory, and no more problem
A myth huh, the same was said about the turning the key forward, when traveling at least 30 kms; having it shut off the ABS (for little extra). But, as per above, it works on mine (the ABS light comes on as in the ESP, to show it has been disengaged). Minus the placebo effect, as you suggest Quick ...

RE: Predator problems, reset to factory, and no more problem
No replies from the techs yet, hmmm, this kinda stuff is bad for business.. Weather it be through word of mouth, a web search etc.

Predator problems, reset to factory, and no more problems!
I'm having issues with the 93 tune etc. (U7136), and the 'Electronic Throttle Control light' going off occasionally, it's also throwing codes p2181 (cooling system), and p0128 (coolant thermostat, RE: coolant temp below thermostat). Note: I do have a CAI for my V6, but I had installed far before ...

RE: What is new about the u7136 V6 update?
Doesn't seem logical, RU sure about that? Boot your predator, the go into 'tool info', you'll see the revision under 'version'. Again, why change the 'Last Update' date (if it's the same), it's quite deceiving; a note should be posted by the moderators explaining this, on the support page(s).

RE: U7136 ESP / ABS Error
Thanks Johan, it's true you really do feel the difference when it's off. I actually have mixed feelings about it, especially since the charger is a rear wheel drive, seemed to have a loose floating feel. It fish tailed in the rain going around corners a bit, you could likely get it to chirp, and ...

U7136 ESP / ABS Error
I recently set the canned tune for 93 Octane on the U7136; in conjunction with this I used the feature to turn off the ESP etc. Following the dash lit up with the ABS light and the ESP light (symboling they were turned off). It was OK for a day.. but then the lights went off and the braking system(s ...

Which to use 89 tune or 91?
Just got a predator for my GF (b-day present). We were wondering as the local gas station has 90 Octane (thats what we both use), should she use the 89 tune or the 91 tune (RE: SXT V6)? Thanks

To sadly answer my own questions:
Just curious how everyone feels about the support being offered via the forums here. IMHO the techs / CMRs pick and choose which questions they want to answer, when they do, however; they seem generally knowledgeable.

Put the right product in the right box!
Picked up a predator today and it was the the wrong product in the wrong box, not sure at what point / whom packages your product... but the dealer tells me it happens all the time. In any event I'm taking it back, getting a refund, sick of the hassles.
