im thinking of getting jba headers and have heard that if u use shorty headers with a hand held tuner you can run too lean is this true if so how much would i turn up my mixture with my 87 tune is it still running 14.7:1 ???

what rear end does your Z have cause that 6.0L is going to have the 4:10
i would think you only have a 3:7.3

also next time u race him dont let it shift 4th gear mabe put it in 3 instead of 4

i got a K&N FIPK and it didnt seem to affect my milage but i put it on righ when it turned to winter basically and winter gass drops your mileage so i dont really know but it definately improved throttle resonse and some horsepower they claim it gives the 6.0L 20hp more like 10 but it was worth it ...
